Use this sample letter (link to Word document below) which contains language to 

1. send to local officials reviewing circus applications (typically a special use permit) or asking them to pass an ordinance or resolution to only allow animal-free circuses, and/or 
2. businesses who may be asked to sell circus tickets. Please use this sample language to ask elected officials to vote a certain way when a special use permit is before them or to persuade a local business not to sell circus tickets.
